  • Closed toe shoes.

Procedure:

Preparation:

  • Gather all necessary equipment and materials, including cleaning supplies and PPE.
  • Ensure the kitchen mixer is unplugged or disconnected from power to prevent accidental activation.
  • Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water before beginning the cleaning process.

Disassembly:

  • Follow the manufacturer’s instructions to disassemble the commercial kitchen mixer.
  • Place the disassembled parts on a clean and sanitised surface.

Cleaning:

  • Wear applicable PPE.
  • Wipe down the components with a microfibre cloth to remove any remaining residue.

Reassembly:
